GRACIELA HUAM has a 15-day return policy: you have 15 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return location for a refund or exchange (*this new modality is for all purchases made from February 7, 2022)

Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 7 working days following receipt of the Product(s).

It is important to handle the item and packaging with care. If the plastic wrapping or box is damaged in such a way it cannot be used again for the return shipment, we would want you to use a good and sturdy alternative packing material. You are kindly requested to unwrap and use the item only to determine whether you would like to keep the item. Items that are damaged or used are not eligible for return. If this is the case, or if we have grounded reasons that the order has already been used, the return will not be accepted and the package will be returned to you.

The customer must contact the customer service beforehand via e-mail at Please give the following details about the item you wish to return via e-mail:

1. Order number
2. The name of the item
3. The color of the item
4. The size of the item

5.To help us satisfy our customers’ wishes as fully as possible, please also state the reason for the return.

Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of returns, ensure that you pay the correct postage price. We will not accept:

  • Items that are not in their original condition
  • Items that have been worn/used
  • Without their labels attached.

No parcel shall be accepted if not asked to the customer service first. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.

Please Note:
Always include your order number and tracking number when you make a return to us. Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

GRACIELA HUAM cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address and return code) is not possible shall be refused.

On receipt of the Product(s) returned by the Customer, the customer service shall send a confirmation of receipt of the Product by e-mail.
