#2018 is about to end. It’s been a great year for Graciela Huam, and we are so thankful for it. We’ve grown as a brand and our team is more united than ever. To commemorate this year, we’ve decided to make a recount of the highlights of 2018.
Launching 2 collections.
So much effort was put on presenting this year FW18 and SS19 collections. Both were shown in Berlin, thanks to Neonyt. This event gave us the opportunity to present our designs through two runway’s Greenshowroom Selected at The Ethical Fashion Week and the Greenshowroom Selected – Neonyt during the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Berlin, and we are so thankful for the exposition.
Our SS19 collection will be available online by the start of spring 19 in our beautiful and stylish new stockist Animazul located in Zurich, Switzerland.
Participation Alpaca Fiesta.
We were part of the Alpaca Fiesta 2018, which is the biggest alpaca event there is right now, where more than 19 countries were participating. It took place in Arequipa, Perú and made the perfect occasion for designer, alpaca breeders and buyers to connect.
Here we learned more about the alpacas, all the process involved to turn the fiber into yarn, and the certifications you need to have. We were able to do some networking with different providers, and also learn more about their work.
New special collection (Seven months of development)
We are innovating for you! We want you to have more options, and therefore we will be releasing a new line of bottoms. This new FW19 collection is composed by trousers and skirts made of Peruvian cotton drill. We will be showing these pieces and new accessories in our next runway participation at the e-werk during the Neonyt 2019 in Berlin.
We will be love to see you in this event that is going to take place at the Kraftwerk, Berlin this February 15th-17th.
